Day 4

Thursday was a really hot day. It was almost about 40 °C and we went with Alpha school to visit Valleta. It's a pity that the temperature was so hot because Valleta seems to be an interesting city full of history. We were at 5D cinema and we saw a nice short movie about Maltas history. Then we also visited st George square, saluting battery and the upper Barraka Gardens. I also saw a library and university. It was all nice but I was so tired of the weather so we decided to go back to St. Pauls.

There we were resting at the hotel. After dinner we went for a walk to see the sunset. It was very calming. We sat by the sea and just enjoed the moment. Then we took a walk by the coast line and we saw Malta's national aquarium. We decided to visit it at the weekend. 

Day 3

On Wednesday I was at Alpha language school. We learnt about human senses. We talked about what we like or don't like to feel, smell, see etc. Then we also watched a video where a woman lost her smell. I have never realized how smell could be important. Then we shared our experiences about food. Some of my classmate told us that he ate crocodile meat and cangaroo meat. It was an interesting discussion.

I spent my afternoon at the hotel pool because I felt quite tired. I was swimming, relaxing and just enjoying the sun. Then I went with other people from our course for a night walk to the city. Unfortunately the electricity went out so we went back to our hotel.

Day 2

On Tuesday I was at Alpha language school. We talked about characters and personalities.

Then we went to Golden Bay beach where we spent our afternoon. It was a small beach and there were many people. 

We enjoyed the sea. We were relaxing and I read a book. Then we went to our hotel when we had a very good dinner. I had vegetarian curry and then a coffee cake. After that we went to a hotel bar which is near our hotel pool and I ordered Aperol Spritz. It was really tasty! We had a good time and talked to each other about our experiences from Malta. 

Day 1

My first day at Malta was full of new experiences! 

I was at Alpha language school where I met with other students and our new english  teacher. It was really great and I had a good time. I also learnt some new words. 

In the afternoon we went to the Mellieha beach. We went by bus. I was afraid because the driver was driving really insane. But luckily we got here all right! 

The beach was lovely but crowded. The water was really warm but it was so nice to swim there. I enjoyed the views. It was also relaxing to walk in the sand. Then we went back by bus so it was another adrenaline ride.
